Pieces of the Puzzle

I wanted yesterday's post to include an itemization of the outfit I was featuring, but I also just wanted to get it posted and fall asleep before midnight. One out of three is not so good. This is a continuation of that post.

My floral blouse and turquoise tank from Romy, and my dusty rose open-front Caslon cardi from Nordstrom.

My very old Jones New York skirt that keeps escaping the donation box.

These earrings are from Etsy. They match my blouse remarkably well. Crazy cool! (argh, I was matchy)

Now for some (or many?) this outfit might seem like no big thang, but for me it took effort. Like I said yesterday, it's hard for me not to be matchy matchy. Usually I would wear a pink tank, maybe my pink skirt, and most probably my new pinkish metallic Ecco flats. Instead, I grabbed my bright turquoise tank, my only clean skirt that isn't black or patterned, my skintone fishnets, and overworn mid-calf tan boots. I'm kicking myself about giving away my tan and brown skirts. Maybe I should get some new mid-calf brown boots and kick myself fashionably.

Tomorrow: Wild Card VI

  1. Hey Jenn,
You have to come to one of my CAbi parties. The clothes are so wearable! AND the line has color! Would love to have you blog about it. Next party is Wednesday 7pm at my house.
    Stacie :)
