30 for 30 Day 23: Everybody's Dressing for the Weather

Today's outfit is brought to you by the number 32 (which is the reverse of today's outfit number!), and the letters S-N-O-W. Okay, impending snow. When snow threatens, we in the Puget Sound area panic. Buy snow tires! Buy space heaters! Buy logs! Stock up on food!

Okay, I wrote that this morning on the bus ride in. It's almost 6:30pm PST and I'm just now seeing baby flakes. I hope it doesn't pick up until I'm safely home.

  4. I know! In the Puget Sound everything shuts down when it snows! I grew up over there and never learned to drive in the snow, so when I moved to Eastern WA it took me a few years and very good tires before I learned to drive comfortably in it. Today on my way home from Spokane it was snowing freezing rain and fog and terrible visibility as I drove down the highway and I wasn't even panicked. Everyone went about 30 on the highway and kept their distance from each other. I came home to 6 inches of fresh snow that wasn't there when I left! Hope your trip home from work was o.k. Love your yellow and green! Thanks for linking up!!!
