I is for Idaho Potatoes
I wanted to include a picture of our bag of potatoes, but they're from Oregon! How lame! I'm not saying Oregon is lame, I love Oregon! I just mean that Idaho is known for its potatoes, but it ends up our bag is from Oregon. I bought it before I had planned this post. And, my husband made them for part of our dinner not knowing my plans for this post.
Sorry neighbors to our east, tonight's potatoes are from neighbors to our south. I wore my potato sack skirt today. I hope that makes you feel better!
I didn't do Monday Match Up today because I didn't figure anyone has a potato sack skirt. If you do, you're my heroine! (Notice the "e" at the end of the word? I do mean a female hero, not the drug. That is not my cup of tea)
We like potatoes!
